Debut release of Bristol-based duo Lovers Remorse. Craig Tinney (Puddlebrain, Eggy Tapes) & Romxn craft an expert medley of several noise subgenres: harsh noise, power electronics, heavy drone, guitar noise, gentle drone and sensitivity electronics are all touched upon.
This is a special cyclical tape release. At its core, it consists of two tracks: ‘Platonic’ and ‘Romantic’, which are mixed and repeated seamlessly on both sides; only one side follows an ABA structure, whereas the other is BAB. Despite each side essentially consisting of the same two tracks, both listening experiences are intangibly different.
The two seamless mixes are available on cassette only.
